Little Ladybug Bakery has a new addition to the cookie family!

This little ladybug decided that 2014 would usher in a new cookie for the pie table! Keep your eyes out for my Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie!

This Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie is made with real butter, organic pastured eggs, toasted oats and perfectly sweet tart cranberries! Just the right amount of cinnamon and nutmeg set the whole thing off. Try one next time you’re at the market! Its practically a health food.

New Ladybug Goods for the New Year!

Happy 2014! We made it! Here is to struggling through another year only to find ourselves wishing we had enjoyed it come NYE again.
Does that make sense? Who cares.

So this year, I thought I would bring out some perennial favorites, like the French Coconut Custard Pie. And some NEW tasty treats, like Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies!!

This new cookie of mine is a perfect addition to the current cookie line up. Why? I’ll tell you. Beginning with the oats which are toasted first to give a depth of flavor. Then the butter (always real butter, always a LOT of it), organic and pastured eggs, delightfully tart-sweet chewy cranberries and freshly milled cinnamon and nutmeg. All the components of this cookie equal into a lovely, slightly chewy, oat-y, not overly sweet cookie with a perfect cinnamon/nutmeg finish.

All in all, the Oatmeal Cranberry Cookie is worth a try. So, there.
